We reset passwords by hand while MeetingMemo is in private beta.
What to do
Reply to any email we have sent you from the address on your account and say you need a new password. A person picks it up, usually the same working day, and sends you a fresh one you can change straight away in Settings.
We are deliberately not sending you an automatic link yet — we would rather tell you that plainly than leave you waiting on an email that was never coming.
