How we handle your meetings
Meetings are among the most sensitive data you own. Here is what SamrayaLabs does with them, stated as commitments rather than badges.
What we process
To produce a memo, SamrayaLabs processes the recordings you upload, the transcripts derived from them, and the decisions, action items and other artifacts extracted from those transcripts.
Never used to train models
Your recordings and transcripts are never used to train foundation models. This is a product commitment, not a setting you have to find.
Nothing sent without you
No memo leaves the product until a person approves the send. Sharing a memo produces a view-only link, and shared memos are excluded from search-engine indexing.
Your deployment, your data
Depending on your plan, the product runs as multi-tenant SaaS, in a private cloud, or fully on-premises. Where your data lives follows that choice.
Retention and deletion
Retention of audio, transcripts and artifacts is set at the workspace level, and deletion removes the underlying data rather than merely hiding it.
Consent on the record
Where enabled, an in-meeting consent announcement is captured and written to the per-meeting audit trail.
